I have not posted in about three weeks, so I apologize. My school's production of Oklahoma!went well...I just haven't gotten much sleep in the past few weeks. I plan on using this weekend for recuperation, so I don't have to spend this next week with an IV of coffee to survive. Today was relatively relaxing, as I made cheddar and dill scones and watched Carousel with my friend. Tomorrow my local library is having a book sale so I plan on buying a bag full of books that I probably won't have time to read until June...it's the thought that counts. Plus it's always nice to expand your personal library.
After each of the three performances of my school's musical, there was a cast party. My friends and I decided to try something new: why not make the parties themed? On Friday we wore "Ke$ha refined", Saturday was "edgy-old hollywood-black and white", and Sunday was "fresh for Spring". The weekend was a lot of fun but tech week was extremely stressful. Needless to say, I spent this past week wearing comfy sweaters.
Today's outfit was my favorite of the week. The weather, besides some bad flooding, seems to be pretty vernal.
The parks in my town are flooded from storming, but this mere amount of water can in no way compare to the damage that Japan has faced because of the recent earthquake. My thoughts go out to Japan's people and I sincerely hope that all families remain together in safety.
This is a gorgeous outfit! And what a great vintage find:)I love vintage
