I've grown a bit tired of my blog format so I'm currently experimenting with different blogging locations and editing techniques. I downloaded GIMP on my computer because I don't have Photoshop and I wanted to edit together my photos. I used to use Picnik...embarrassing, I know. So for the time being please bear with me as a try out different things.

I've had this dress since freshman year but I decided to spice it up by layering my mom's old sweater top on top of it. I had to fold it just right and belt it with my yellow snakeskin belt to get the look I was aiming for. My combination of yellow and purple made me feel a bit like a pansy (the flower). I didn't wear these heels to school, but after consideration I wish I had.

I'm growing so tired of my hair. I've been putting more effort into it lately, usually curling it everyday but I really just can't wait to ombre it. I really need some change in my life.

This is yet another vintage dress that I plan on selling on ebay! It is very sixties and it even has the tags on it (hidden in the picture). It has shoulder pads and it is the perfect length to be worn on numerous types of occasions. Unfortunately it is a bit too large for me so I will post it on ebay soon! I hope to get most of the dresses up for sale tonight.

Side note: I really love the new blogger format. It makes me want to blog more often instead of studying!

one. For the longest time I have been thinking about making some sort of weekly Sunday post or making a week in picture post. So finally, I have decided to make a weekly "week in review post" where I will post my instagram pictures for the week and give a summary of what I am up to! A lot of my favorite blogs (llymlrs, milkteef) have posts like this so I thought it would be fun to give it a go!

two. This week I will be metaphorically killing myself over studying for my upcoming AP exams. I have to take exams this year in calculus, art history, Spanish, European history, English literature, and microeconomics to (hopefully) gain college credit so I will probably not be posting in quite a bit!

three. My 18th birthday is the Friday and I'm feeling kind of odd. Soon I will officially be an "adult"...I'm not too sure how I feel about this. I suppose there are plenty of adventures to come!

four. I've decided to ombre my hair after I graduate high school in June a la Lauren Conrad and llymlrs. I've never dyed my hair and I just need to have a change in my appearance. I figured dying my hair would be pretty symbolic and I love how it looks anyway!

five. I've officially sent in my deposit and I've taken my place as a member of the Barnard College class of 2016! Now if only I can get through the rest of high school.

Today I visited my brother at the University of Delaware with my family and some friends for their annual agricultural fair. I love going to visit because of the downtown area...there's such great shopping. My friends and I wandered around, mostly looking at the animals and eating ice cream, drinking bubble tea, and shopping. It was really fun but also pretty chilly.

My outfit today needed to be comfortable and warm for all the walking around outside I had to do. My Steve Madden boots were trusty enough for walking long distances on all surfaces and my cardigan + scarf combo kept me pretty warm. I have to say I did break the leggings are not pants rule...but they're so comfy! I figured I would make up for it with a nice blouse. Once the weather cleared up I wound up buying my sunglasses. As a whole, I felt I was pretty equipped for the day!
